#YouAreNotAlone

I was talking to some college friends when I randomly checked the news alert on my phone that Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide. I am just an audience who has seen quite a few of his works, not all though. In essence, I have been an audience but not a fan. Yet reading that post, broke something inside me.

During the current pandemic situation, it is very difficult for all of us. We are all loosing people – mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, friends, children and so many more. We also lost some known people to this disease or some other disease which had been a great loss. Yet some form of disease gives some time for us to prepare ourselves. I really do not think that we need more people to die.

Things are never great. There is not a single person that I know who hasnt seen their fair share of tough times and difficult situations. We all have our hearts broken. There are always situations where no one seems to be on your side. There are always situations when there was never enough money for things you dearly wanted.

Honestly, even I have thought about this. Suicide is always the easier option but never the better option. If I die, the problem is not going to solve itself. It would just leave my parents to deal with the problem and with the grief. Additionally I would subject them to a lot more formalities and questioning. How in the world would this be a solution at all? To anything?

Just to also be clear, I dont have such a strong heart. I cant think of harming myself and my family in such a gruesome manner. The person who leaves just has to suffer for sometime but the ones who stay are left wondering what could have been done better and what could have been the future…

This is not a blog post or a story or an obituary. It is just a message to everyone who is reading this, to all my friends and family and every single person on the planet. I am just a no one or probably I might not be the best person who could help you but I am willing to be your friend and be there for you. No matter how hard the situation is or how dark everything may seem, do try to share it once, especially before you think that the only option is to end your life. Even when no one is there, I am there. Write to me at – writer.lifesize@outlook.com . If you know me personally, give me a call or drop me a message. #YouAreNotAlone and its alright to share your heart aches and worries. It doesnt make you weak. It just makes you human. It makes all of us human. And we are all there for each other.

#RIPSushantSinghRajput I dont know what troubled you but I do feel sad that you couldnt find someone to share your worries with. 34 is no age to feel lost. May you find all happiness ahead.
