#ManifestationTechnique: The Habit of Appreciating

Introduction

Hey! I am not sure how much you understand the Law of Attraction but we do intend to tell you about one of the Manifestation Techniques associated with the same. It’s the simplest one and can be done at any time. However, we do encourage you to make some sort of a routine that helps you bring this into practice.
Feel free to play around changing a few things here and there – whatever works for you is the best!

Law of Attraction

Simply put, this is a Universal Law that says that positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative.

In a few more words, we would say that whenever you have a positive attitude about something in life, that flows. For instance, a lot of people say that no matter what they eat, they do not gain weight or they find it simple to remain in their desired body shape. Now, a believe is just a strong thought. Hence, they think positively about how they look and digesting everything they eat and food. Hence, they find it easy since the thoughts they have shapes their reality accordingly.

Whereas people who eat very less or are on a diet and keep repeating or thinking that they wont be able to look good or get in shape, mostly do not get their desired goal. Even if they achieve or seem to achieve it, they just bounce back to where they started or even worse.

So, if you choose to believe in the Law of Attraction, all you need to do is focus on having the right approach for any topic.

Even if you do not believe it, we would like you to still give it a try. It doesnt require much time or effort or any form of cost. All it needs is to keep a check on yourself or to practice the positive so much that it becomes a habit. And you have to trust us just on one tiny thing – if for any reason, you do not get the desired results, you will still have a happy time practicing being happy and positive about life in general.

Manifestation

Everything that we see around ourselves – all our experiences, are manifestations. Law of Attraction believes that nothing happens for the sake of happening. Somehow or some way, we have called to it. Some of the things we have consciously called out for, while the others have been given to us because of the unchecked thoughts or sometimes the thoughts we didnt even know we had.

Luckily, there are simple manifestation Techniques that we can practice. These techniques help us remain positive and develop a positive outlook towards a topic and towards life.

The Habit of Appreciating

Whenever we talk about valuation increase for any currency, we often use the term money is getting appreciated. Similarly, if we appreciate how we look in a dress, we tend to wear it more often. And we also make those extra efforts automatically that enhance the way we look.

So, we guess it is safe to say that when we care for something to enhance or increase, we would want to appreciate it. This can be easily implemented to everything in life and especially in several Law of Attraction Techniques.

The easiest implementation is to catch something that you want to retain in your life to enhance in your life, and start appreciating whenever anything happens. For instance, you have a job that you like because of, say, having a good boss and flexible timings. Obviously there might be some things that you do not enjoy as much but the first two over-shadow most of the not so good ones.

Now, whenever you think to yourself or meet a friend or talk to a colleague – start appreciating these things. Say them out loud or write them down. Tell your friends how great your boss is. Narrate instances when you were able to devote time with your family because of the flexible hours.

Similarly, say you enjoy playing a sport with your friends. But due to your work commitments, you are finding less and less time to practice. You can then, simply tell your family, friends and colleagues how much you love the game and how lucky you are for the time that you spend playing it. You could also see a good move on the television for the sport and tell the people around you how much joy you get playing the sport and how you cant wait to get on the field to try this move. Whenever you finish practice, tell your team how this was the best practice and together you all are doing something so amazing.

Just like that, think of positive thoughts for the situation that you want to enhance or make a bit more favorable.

Recommendations

If you are new to Law of Attraction, then trust us, even simple appreciating is difficult. Since we do not practice it much in our pre-Law of Attraction lives, it is a habit that we build over time.

Here are a few tips that might be helpful –

  • For the absolutely first timers, find something which is already positive in your life to appreciate.
  • Make it a rule or routine. Like, every night before going to sleep, tell yourself everything you appreciated during the day or write them in your journal if you maintain one. You can make an ‘Appreciation and Gratitude Journal’ if you like.
  • Whenever a positive thought comes to your mind or a positive feeling, express it and say it out loud. Dont let the moment go by without expressing it. Expressing it, putting energy into it, will increase it manifolds.
  • If a negative thought comes in your mind or you encounter a negative experience, it’s alright. Let it pass. Dont say anything about it and try to not think about it. We dont want to put any energy here.
  • Feel free to appreciate as many things as you want to.
  • Add emotions to your appreciation. Whenever something makes you feel happy and you want to appreciate it – Say how happy it makes you! How joyous you are to have it as a part of your life! Add emotions and increase the momentum still.
  • Appreciate as often as possible. We are trying to build a habit here. So its alright if you skip or forget for a day or two but get back to it as soon as you can.

Where can we implement appreciation

Like we already told you, whenever we want to enhance something or make it more towards our liking, we should appreciate it. Remember, if you want your car to not break down as much as it does, you want to appreciate it. But dont appreciate its breaking down for then it will break down further for you. You might want to appreciate it whenever it works. You would want to appreciate it for all the things you get done. You might want to remember the feeling when you first bought it – the feeling of having your car and appreciate it for that feeling.

Similarly, the habit of appreciation can be added to many more Law of Attraction practices.

  • We can use the Habit of Appreciating whenever you want to enhance or increase something. This is the simplest implementation.
  • You could use the Habit of Appreciating whenever you want to see some changes. Say you feel tired and lethargic and there is a lot of stuff you need to get done. You could sure use some energy. You can start appreciating your body that is doing all its functions properly without any rest, break or mistake. You can appreciate how easy it is for you to understand a problem or find its solution. If you like working, you could appreciate how happy getting a task done makes you. You could appreciate how wonderful and refreshed you feel when you step out of your house.
  • To get out of the negative thought cycle! Stuck with negative thoughts? Look for something you appreciate. Your body, your face, your eyes, the color of the wall, your job, your parents, your office, your friends, anything… just think about it. Appreciate all the happy things associated to it. This is a great way to break the negative thought cycle.
  • Getting a positive outlook in general. Even when you are not striving to get something, you should appreciate things. When we appreciate things, regardless of whatever manifests, we start seeing the positives in people and situations. That helps us resolves issues easily and working together seamless. That will in turn make our lives so much more positive!
  • We can also club it in other practices such as Scripting (appreciate something while you script), Focus Wheels (appreciate what you are focusing on or the way you feel when you get it), etc

The Habit of Appreciation for us is a personal favorite. It is the easiest Law of Attraction practices to start with. There are always positives and negatives and this practice helps us to seek out the positives more.
