    The Art of Self Love

In a world that often encourages self-criticism and comparison, embracing self-love is a powerful act of empowerment. It’s about accepting and appreciating ourselves for who we are, fostering a positive relationship with ourselves, and nurturing our well-being. While it is important to love the world around you, remember – a well full of poison will not give a single drop of water suitable for drinking. We can not see the good outside if we do not feel good. Let us take a moment to appreciate ourselves, than to berate ourselves. Be the person who makes nectar out of venom, not venom out of nectar. Embrace Your Uniqueness: Each of us…

    Gol gappe for men

Gone are the days when someone (some male) can surely say that women love Gol Gappas. Well ofcourse we do!! But eventually men have also discovered the flavour and goodness. To give a little background – gol gappas are quite popular dish in India. They are found in all states, Union Terretories and Islands (atleast on all I have been to) of India. They are called by a variety of names – Pani Puri, Gol Gappe, Pani ke Batashe, Gup Chup, Puchka, amongst the popular few – depending on the geographical location. I don’t understand abuses

I totally agree that abusing someone gives so much satisfaction. Even better when I am a girl – who is supposed to not even know such words. Don’t judge me if I abuse – this is required to interact with people who understand only that language. You see – communication is two way. However I seriously discourage abusing otherwise. That is the worst you can do. Coming onto the topic – I really don’t understand abuses. What is the matter with fucking? Just take a relative, add fucking and voila – you get an abuse. People grow up!! Take a personal tip from me – don’t use these words. Explain…

    Guys and their hair

I love my hair. For the love of God and Satan combined, I do. I don’t care if I don’t wash my face one day but I care deeply if something happens to even one strand on my head. I like them long and strong. Of course it means that I try a lot of oils and shampoos. Sometimes, actually most times, it doesn’t help. But then again often I wonder what would I do with my long hair? As in currently I do have sufficiently long hair but every time I wash them, I don’t have any option but to keep them open or to tie a braid. Those…

The one for whom I compose this Song

A pinch of right and a pinch of wrong Is the one for who I compose this song He’s bitter, He’s sour But maybe that’s the flavors of his heart He’s dedicated, He’s divine But maybe its just his less known part His journey is not this short; it is rather long Of the one for who I compose this song So much pain is in there In the heart that he bears Yet I see him smile Even when nothing good he hears Never had a friend, did he for very long The one for who I compose this song At times he can get greedy Wanting more than…

Seat in a Metro : Ladies Special

If you have ever travelled by the Delhi Metro or have a basic idea about it, you would know how the Seats are divided, still let me give a brief intro – basically – The first compartment is reserved for ladies only (except in the violet line – as far as I am aware). Any male passenger is requested not to travel by this. 4 seats per compartment are marked for ladies. 12 seats per compartment (except in the first and the last compartment where only 8 seats) are marked for the old or the physically challenged passengers.   Now whenever a new girl enters the metro compartment, she will…
