    Gol gappe for men

Gone are the days when someone (some male) can surely say that women love Gol Gappas. Well ofcourse we do!! But eventually men have also discovered the flavour and goodness. To give a little background – gol gappas are quite popular dish in India. They are found in all states, Union Terretories and Islands (atleast on all I have been to) of India. They are called by a variety of names – Pani Puri, Gol Gappe, Pani ke Batashe, Gup Chup, Puchka, amongst the popular few – depending on the geographical location. The preparation varies slightly as well depending on the preferred taste of the region. Basically, you need to…

    Simply curious

I am not promoting or endorsing anything but I use this Wynk app to listen to music. Its got a fairly huge list of songs and I am more or less able to find all songs I want to listen to! It gets a little annoying with respect to the ads – ofcourse I can always pay to get rid of them! Off late they have come up with this ad of theirs which displays when you open the app or while the ad is playing.. and its pretty amusing! Now I am wondering if they already have lakha of people who have upgraded to their premium annual membership –…

    The precious Elbow

Once or twice now, I have asked people to wear helmets. When they were only travelling the nearby areas, they felt helmet was unnecessary and it is only required when travelling long distances. Further if you insist that helmets should be worn even for the smallest of distances being travelled on road, they would reply that they drive carefully. Well, to all those people and everyone who thinks similarly – 1. Helmets are for the protection of yourself – specifically your skull. The traffic police personnel who fined you for not wearing one or I, who keeps bothering you with such trivial information, have nothing to gain from you wearing…

    Yellow-Co-Incidence

It was weird today. In the morning, I had no idea what to wear. I decided to wear a chudidaar-salwaar-kameez. The problem was still not solved. I still had many options to choose from – from different designs to different colors. The dilemma was there because I had two dresses in mind and I wanted wear them both on Thursday. So, for an ordinary Tuesday, I couldn’t fix my mind on anything. Finally, after good five minutes of thought process, which is like an hour for me, I decided on a yellow suit. Now there were three reasons for choosing this suit – Firstly, yesterday (Monday) was a really dear…

    The iPhone Conundrum

After a very long time (lie!!) I am traveling by the Delhi metro (well.. After quite long I am traveling at this hour.. Otherwise I traveled on Monday itself and today is just Thursday). What I notice significantly in the train is that almost every girl is holding an iPhone. Mostly it is 6s but quite 5 series as well. Regardless of the size, color, cover or willingness-to-flash the brand, an iPhone, nonetheless. Just a couple of years back, I sought Apple products to signify two things – riches and even more riches. The first riches is in terms of technology – iPhone is a one of it’s kind phone…

    Food For Thought ;)

I read an awesome idea in my friend’s facebook post. It was like – In Satyug, there was the fight between two species, namely the sura(devas) and the asuras. In the next, there was a fight between the rulers of two kingdoms, namely Rama and Ravana. In the third, treta yug, the fight was between two people of the same family – Yudhistra and Duryodhana. And now, in Kalyug, the evil has reached zenith and the fight is now inside every individual. The fight to choose between evil and divine. I really liked this thought. I mean, isnt it true? Today, if we seriously consider, people have created problems…
